Sorry, but FEMA is a giant money suck that gives terrible results. It needs to be replaced.

Yeah, but I don't think he's saying it because he really wants to get rid of FEMA, but because he wants to attract the same voters as Bachmann. "Oh, you want to vote for someone who wants to get rid of various agencies? I can promise to do that!"

Mind you, getting rid of the EPA would be far more dangerous then getting rid of FEMA.
