While Arizona burns, Alabama swoops into the anti-illegal immigrant fight

Alabama Governor Robert Bentley has signed a bill that requires public schools to check students immigration status, makes it a crime to knowingly give an illegal immigrant a ride (although one supposes there is a provision to not arrest the police who give illegal immigrants a 'ride' to the police station), and other "fun" provisions.

And yes, the ACLU and the Southern Poverty Law Center are planning to challenge the constitutionality of this law.
