Let's be honest, though... as much as they might want to win the nomination, Trump, Bachmann, Palin and Santorum stand no fucking chance whatsoever. The best any of them can hope for is the VP nomination for 2012, and Trump won't be on the ticket if he can't lead, so that pretty much counts him out. In a like manner, Palin as a VP nomination again is pretty damn unlikely, not to mention a probable kiss of death. (Same for Bachmann, who is trying to out-Tea Party Palin.)
The fact that Romney is a Mormon is going to cause enough people to shy away from him where it's going to be difficult (but not impossible) for him to get enough primaries under his belt.
Barbour and Gingrich are going to find it tough playing outside of the South (although Gingrich will probably do better at it). If Mark Sanford (former Governor of South Carolina) hadn't had an affair, I wouldn't have been surprised to see him run, but oooooops.
Huckabee has a shot at it, but he needs to start building some steam up if he's really going to go for it.
