Boss HoggHaley Barbour is back in South Carolina, still trying to make up his mind on whether he'll run for President.

(Yes, I know Newt Gingrich is from Georgia, and so based on location, would be a more apt Boss Hogg reference, but Barbour looks more like him. At least to me.)
