Submitted for your consideration

Something is rotten in the state of Denmark South Carolina.

We got a guy who won the Democratic primary even though he ran no advertisements, didn't attend the Democratic party convention, and though unemployed, seemingly managed to come up with the $10,440 filing fee on his own. (Mind you, he's poor enough to require a public defender in the felony obscenity charge he's facing.)

And yes, the FEC has launched an investigation into how he paid the filing fee.

Apparently there's a lot of evidence that the voting machines SC uses are also pretty crooked. Like Lombard St. in SF.

Oh, that's always possible too. The big concern right now is that he may be a Republican plant.

The only non-corrupt voting machines in the USA are in Nevada, where there's actual cheat-checking implemented.

All other "voting machines" in the USA are built by one of two companies, owned *by brothers*, who are both not only staunchly Teabagger but have stated, outright, in the past that they will *guarantee* elections to Republicans who purchase their machines.

Oh, and the machines have all repeatedly been hacked, trivially, in seconds, with no trail - and the company has closed the investigations as "not a bug".
