Now they're claiming it was all a miscommunication, and that they'll be allowed into the meetings (well, except for the one with Karzai, because that's already happened.)

And yes, it looks like they're claiming that these meetings are giving her experience in foreign affairs. Because, you know, hour-long meetings just bestow oodles of experience.

I haven't the slightest clue. I strongly doubt those leaders are going to be in NYC solely to meet with someone who might be VP, so it's probably a meeting of opportunity so the Republicans can try and claim something over Biden, but I don't know.
