And it's not going to be back today. I do have very cold water for the shower, though, which tends to make things go quickly. Apparently, the pipes are so old and fucked up that every time they replace a section of pipe and get the hot water running again, it fucks up some other section of old pipe because all the new pipe is acting too efficient and shit.

And one elevator is working now.

They probably don't want the cash on hand in case of robbery. And also because unless you get a receipt, you and they can't prove that you paid.

Plus, since it's not technically a debt, they don't have to take cash.
