*shrug* Nothing against your car... I just don't like SUVs much. And it's not really because of the shitty gas mileage many of them get, or the emissions problems they have... it's that it seems that the vast majority of them (SUVs) are owned by people who never take it outside the city. So all these commercials showing the SUVs in remote wilderness areas... well, they're silly.
Actually, why limit it to SUV commercials. Most commercials are silly.
Really, the whole point of my little 'entries' is not so much to poke fun at the cars, but the commercials. I'm making the commercials that I would want to see. I mean, it's been a long time since a commercial made me want to go out and buy anything (in fact, it's been decades, and it was almost certainly a toy commercial). And even my commercials wouldn't make me want to buy a Tahoe.
I guess it's like that Dudley Moore movie where his character was an advertising executive who went a little nuts and made a bunch of advertisements that had "the truth" in them.
Plus, it amuses me.
Anyway, if I wasn't scared of Rob Nagasaki's truck-fu, I don't think I'm going to get in a bind over your Tahoe.
