An Unexpected DVD

So, the DVD for "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" comes out on the 19th. I had remarked to others that I have a few friends who will no doubt pick up the DVD, and other friends who will no doubt try to pirate the movie.

And yet... I have it already.

Not pirated.

It was available at the local CVS for $25.

I have to wonder if someone neglected to check the release date list... or they just didn't care.

either there's an exclusive or someone fucked up seriously.

i think i'll wait for the directors cut, and just buy a digital copy..

I have to think that if there was an exclusive, it wouldn't be with CVS, so the odds of "someone fucked up" are pretty high.

im just looking online now and the digital copy seems to be out on amazon and itunes .. so *shrugs*
