On the surface, this sounds like it might be a good thing, because it's going to be checking to make sure that the application you just installed has a legitimate certificate. But to me, it also sounds like a huge invasion of privacy.
Also from the article.... what the fuck? Windows 8 won't play DVDs or Blue-rays without you ponying up extra for it? FUCK. THAT.
