Damnit...

I want garlic bread. And I have none. And no way to get any.

Flour, water, yeast, butter, herbs, head of garlic, about 90 minutes to prove the dough and bake it. One of the easiest things to bake as long as oyu've got the right yeast.

Probably not the most helpful comment ever though, right?

Fair enough. It turned out, to my surprise, that I actually am, and while I don't do enough of it (flu is not a good thing to have when baking) I really enjoy it.

What Ialways forget to do is get the dough proving in enough time, when I'm in the mood for garlic bread, pizza or somethign special, it takes several hours to get it done right, if I just had dough in the fridge waiting I'd use it up over a week no problem. Hence I have a loaf of shop bought bread next to me now, I want toast...
