Well then

First post using the new computer. Now to download/install a shitload of stuff.

Edit: And of course, my e-mail program (Eudora) doesn't work. Fuck.

Double Edit: And why the screaming fuck do they make it so difficult to have a Quick Launch bar on the taskbar in Windows 7?

The programs bar *IS* the quicklaunch bar, now. You right-click them and choose Pin this Program.

The problem with "Pin this program" is that it puts them down as separate bar sections.

As long as you like leaving the windows collapsed together and you prefer "peek" to "just click directly on the correct window", then pinning actually has a bunch of good things going for it.

I hate those two. So yeah, I put the quicklaunch bar back.

Neat. I'm happy with the new way, though, so I'll keep my pinned list.
