Remember kids, Florida's "Stand your ground" law let's you kill an unarmed black kid and not even be arrested until almost a month later, and the trial hasn't even happened yet, so who knows what sentence (if any) will be handed down.

But if you shoot a gun into the air, protecting yourself from an abusive husband, and don't kill anyone, much less hit anyone that's 20 years in the hoosegow.
