Yeah. I've talked to a few people who are more into rockets and physics than I and they've said that ICBMs are actually very difficult to construct and that it wasn't a shock that North Korea's rocket pretty much fell to pieces. The fact that they then basically blamed the rest of the world for the failure and threatened to nuke South Korea over their coverage was hilarious.

Most of the nation is starving and I've read reports that even the army is suffering now. It'll only be a matter of time until they get so desperate they do something stupid and not even China's support will keep the rest of the world from stepping in.
