I am incredibly bored...
At least it's not 6 1/2 hours of boredom at work, like earlier this week. Now there's only 1 1/2 hours of boredom to go. (Actually, probably less then an hour, considering I should start getting the "Oh my! We forgot today was Sunday!" crowd in at any time.)
I am also looking at downloading (from home) the d20 Modern OGL stuff and seeing what I can do with it for this game idea I have. I've read the d20 Modern book that WOTC (I think) put out, and I must say, it's not exactly what I'm looking for.
The mechanics aren't bad, mind you, but I'm looking to go in a different direction then that book goes in...
Plus, I'm going to need to add some things, no matter what, like certain entries in the Bestiary. (Cannon Rats, .45 Cockroaches, Ballistic Pigeons, and Blank Men at the very least. Haven't decided if the Subway Cultists are going to get a template or not.)
I'll probably make a synopsis post about this game when I get home. A lot of the notes I have written up are there. (If they were here, I wouldn't be bored...)
