Yeah.... not seeing how this is a good thing
The Colorado Supreme Court has said it's okay for students to carry concealed weapons on the University of Colorado campus.
Okay, look... I'm not anti-gun. I'm anti-stupid.
If someone knows what they're doing with a gun, knows proper safety techniques, and is not some yee-haw redneck (fuck you all, I live in South Carolina, I see this shit on a regular basis) who likes taking potshots at mailboxes while driving down the road... well then, odds are, there won't be a problem from them.
On the other hand....
Yeah, I know, I'm probably worrying too much about a problem that doesn't actually exist, and since I'm half (well, two-thirds) of a fucking country away from there, it's not my problem. And odds are good that there's some sort of safety program/course that you have to go through to get a concealed carry permit anyway.

no subject
There's no safety training, nothing hands on, they don't require you to have your weapon inspected to be sure it's safe and clean and properly maintained.
It's literally 2 hours of a guy talking about different ways people get killed in gun situations. That's all.
So yeah, any moron in this state can get a permit.
