Have had a headache, off and on, for the last 40 hours. This can end any time now.

And yes, I've taken stuff for it. I've tried Ibuprofen, Napraxen, and Acetaminophen. Also tried some Theraflu, because I think this is connected to my sinuses being fucked up right now.

Try water. If it's a dehydration headache, no pill will fix it.
