Eric Cantor (R-VA) has said he's stopping all action on SOPA, effectively killing the bill. (PIPA, the Senate's version is still being considered on that side of Congress.)

Yeah, it's shelved, not killed. Apparently, some sites are going black on Wednesday to protest it.
