I'm guessing she cracked open some lithium batteries (I don't even know if that's feasible, or what you'd get), or got some of this out of the automotive section.
I'm surprised that didn't happen in Tennessee. Our state has one of the biggest meth problems in the country, which is why you can't even buy Sudafed without going to the pharmacy counter and showing your ID.
Then again, it probably has happened here before, and maybe didn't make it to the news because the person got away with it.
I was going to say, I'm not surprised that meth users would show up at Wal-Mart. Not that all Wal-Mart shoppers do meth, but I feel like a methhead at Target would just seem out of place.
