Where, in their minds, "I need the opposite of myself." means "Please call me a taxi."
And, amazingly, he wasn't staggeringly drunk. Or whatever. (Impaired, I suppose. I mean, he wasn't all there... he had no trouble walking, but he could not communicate worth a damn.)
