I'm fine. (I'm actually at work.) The shooting happened while I was still getting ready for work, so I was never in any real danger. It's just a little odd (to me, at least) to have something like this happen practically on my front door.
Yeah, apparently, the dead guy was a guest of someone in the building, and he wore out his welcome. The security guard, as Dame Rumour has it, had to forceably remove him from the building, and it was when he got the alleged ne'er-do-well outside, something happened that led to the shooting.
No idea which guard it was, but I really can't see it being the late-middle-aged black guy.
