Rick Perry is open to the idea of sending U.S. troops to battle Mexican cartels.
One would assume with the Mexican government's permission. One would also hope that the U.S. troops sent in would be better armed then the cartels. (Okay, the cartels probably don't have attack helicopters and fighter jets. Yet.)
