Actually, one of my happy own pasttimes is hunting for seamounts on GoogleEarth where the ocean is less than a hundred feet deep. There's one plateau where it's like in the single digits. I've told my husband, "Ooh, forget this country and Canada both; let's just build our own island!" Lacking a Powerball win, of course, my ideas remain in the realm of silly daydreams..

Reminds me of that nut who spent something like his whole life and fortune in the 50's trying to create a gated community/province that was entirely devoted to drinking.
