SCO is now threatening to sue the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and the National Energy Research Scientific Computing Center. link

What the fuck? I mean, really, what the fuck? They haven't even proved their infringement claims about Linux yet, and they're continuing to sue businesses and organizations? I can't wait for the stock dive on Monday.

I mean, quicker then you can say "Abuse of Federal Powers", this shit should cause the trained attack accountants at the IRS to go into full frenzy mode. Darl McBride and co. should have the imminent feeling of a government ass-reaming bearing down on them as we speak...

I wonder if it will actually happen?
