And this too, shall head to SCOTUS
A federal judge has blocked South Dakota's abortion law, which among other things, required a 72-hour waiting period and a meeting at an anti-abortion counseling center. Oh, and the woman has to certify that she hasn't been coerced into having an abortion.
The law was signed by South Dakota governor Dennis Daugaard, who, as a Republican, believes in a limited government, except when it's telling women what they can and cannot do with their own bodies.

I kind of wish the SCOTUS could whack stupid states with fines for wasting their time with bullshit.
But wait...that would mean SCOTUS gave a crap about something besides rich corporate interests, wouldn't it?
