Ohio governor signs law allowing guns in bars.
Honestly, like just about every time carrying privileges are expanded, I sincerely hope nothing bad happens from it. I'd like to think that most gun owners are responsible people.
It just seems like an exceptionally bad idea to allow guns in businesses whose purpose is to get you drunk.

On the other hand how many drunk rednecks simply have to stumble out to their truck and grab the rifle they keep in the window?

Drop keys.

Try and find the lock.

Move to front of the truck instead of trying to unlock the gas tank.
Try and find the lock.
Cuss more.
Put key in and attempt to turn it.
It won't turn. Cuss.
Find correct truck.
Drop keys.
Cuss.
Open door on truck.
Retrieve rifle.
Stretch across seat to get bullets from glove box.
Stretch more still not reaching it.
Cuss.
Climb in truck.
Pass out.
