Trump says "birther" name is insulting, and that if Obama was born outside the country, it's the greatest scam ever.
Dear Donald Trump,
I'm sorry that you find the term 'birther' insulting, unfair, and derogatory, but 'stupefying moron' was already taken, and well... we didn't want to confuse people.
I find it far more offensive that you won't let this die, because you either want press, or even worse, that you are enough of a festering dolt to actually think that someone could pull off something like this, which would require a conspiracy heretofore unseen.
With fondest hopes that you soon suffer a debilitating brain aneurysm.
