Hit up eBay for cheaper sticks of RAM and price compare with NewEgg for the best deal... and then replace ALL THOSE MOTHERFUCKERS. It's the only way to be sure!

Sounds likely, though you may want to install CPUMON and check out your temperature regularly, especially while doing intensive things like gaming or playing video.
