I swear, I really hate it when I can get nothing done for an hour because of one goddamn customer. What makes it worse is this customer is a teacher, and therefore, in theory, smarter the the roll laminator. Alas....

Of course, this does clear up the mystery as to why the test scores in this state are so low...
