Muddled thinking

So Wal-Mart is going to be open to a class-action discrimination suit, and they're not happy about it. Seems that they may be guilty of gender discrimination in that women who work there get paid less and promoted less and promoted less often.

One of their lawyers, apparently not the brightest chimpanzee in a suit, said that the ruling allowing the class-action suit "opens up every company in America that has employees to class actions like this."

No, chimpy, only the ones who discriminate on the basis of gender.

Also, the Pope is not for digital transparency. (Meaning he doesn't like the Internet.) I mean, okay, sure it lets people look at a lot of porn. I mean, a LOOOOOOT of porn. But besides that, it leads to "intellectual and moral relativism", which apparently is Vatican-speak for "It informs a whole bunch of people who might not know otherwise that we are chock full of molesters and paedophiles here and therefore makes us look bad."

Because, you know, there's no sin greater then moral relativism... where someone thinks they are better then an organization that has covered up rampant child abuse for decades.
