Seems someone (or more then one someone) has been doing minor bits of vandalism in the apartment building. Removing the "no smoking" signs in the public areas, petty theft, that sort of thing.

It's gotten to the point where if you can prove who did it, you get free month's rent.

*puts on Sherlock Holmes hat*

The game is afoot!

(Actually, I'm not going to be sleuthing in the building, but I will keep my eyes open. I wouldn't mind not having to pay rent for a month at all.)

Hey, given my work schedule and my sedentary lifestyle, I'd basically have to catch them in the act, and given that out of the seven other apartments on my floor, three of them are inhabited by senior citizens (one in a wheelchair), my odds of actually being THE MAN are pretty low.

Besides, would you turn down a free month of rent?
