Sarah Palin jumps the latest in a series of sharks by latching on to the 'birther' movement.

Okay, seriously, why the screaming fuck is Obama's birthplace even an issue any more. Again, it would take a level of conspiracy unseen even in the annals of Hollywood's conspiracy filsm, and the complete and utter incompetence of mainstream media, all of Obama's opponents for the Democratic nomination AND the entire Republican party to pull this off.

BULLSHIT. BULLSHIT. BULLSHIT.

While a lot of people talk about the government's inability to recognize a clue even when it's presented to them on a silver platter (or whatever your preferred metaphor is), it's impossible to credit the notion that Obama was born in a foreign country and has pulled the greatest trick in the history of politics as anything other then wingnuttery and/or racism.

I still think she's setting herself up to play kingmaker, and replace Rush as a talking head when he retires.

Which is why she's in so close a competition with Glen Beck.

That is a very interesting theory. And there's far more money to be made as "right wing talking head" then as President. And far less accountability.

Hey, man...don't be so quick to decide for sure. It is possible that one of Obama's time-traveler dudes went back in time and placed a birth announcement in the Honolulu Star Bulletin on the day he SAYS he was born there.

Cause, like...you know.
