why did Weird Al never do a parody of the David Bowie/NIN song "I'm Afraid of Americans"?

On his last album, he did a parody of Green Day's "American Idiot" called ...you guessed it, "Canadian Idiot". Maybe he didn't want Canada to think he was picking on just them? (And he's already covered France, BTW, in "Genius in France").
