Does anyone know of a way to save a .PSD file as an animated GIF using Photoshop CS2?

If I still had ImageMaker, I could do it, but....

It's weird... I can build the animated icon in Photoshop, have it run through the animation, and it won't let me save it as a GIF. (Well, it will, but for some reason, it saves just the last frame.)
