Vile speculation about upcoming Wrath of the Lich King stuff

Okay, right now, you cannot fight the Lich King. You meet him several times during the completion of a number of quests, but you can't actually (to the best of my knowledge) enter the Icecrown Citadel and fight him yet.

Okay, during the Angrathar the Wrath Gate cut-scene, Arthas, the Lich King, is weakened by the new plague that Putress launches at the Scourge, the Alliance and the Horde. (The new plague is what supposedly kills Bolvar Fordragon, but I have some theories on that... Saurfang the Younger is killed by Arthas just prior to this.)

Now, this "weakening" (Arthas walks away in the cut-scene clutching his chest) is probably going to be the excuse as to why he doesn't just walk all over even the best geared 25-man raid in cleats. I mean, he's got enough power (supposedly) to be considered one of the most powerful beings on Azeroth, and none of the remaining lords of the Burning Legion are lining up to try and take him on. (Of course, with Archimonde, Kil'jaeden, Mannoroth and others dead, there might not be anyone left who wants to take him on.)

Regardless, Arthas is probably going to be the toughest boss of the game (until and unless you fight Yog-Saron). But there's almost certainly going to be other bosses in Icecrown Citadel. You're not just going to walk into the fortress and right up to Arthas.

So here's the vile speculation: One of the other bosses will be Bolvar Fordragon.

You see, after the Angrathar cut-scene, Alexstraza (the Red Dragon Aspect) is on the scene and she talks to her consort, mostly in Common (no idea if she says anything if you're a Horde member), but one line is in Draconic, and it basically translates as "They must not discover the fate of the young paladin. Not yet."

What could be so important to conceal? The fact that he's Scourge. At least, to me, that's the obvious answer.

The bodies were all destroyed when the Red Dragonflight breathed on them, 'curing' the plague and replacing the dead with new life.

No, I expect there to be a quest and/or mob around Saurfang the Younger that you have to complete in order to get to Arthas. His spirit in an animated suit of armor or something like that. Either that or it's another 'Head of Onyxia' type thing, where one person per raid can get it so that they can give their side a buff. Of course, if that's the case, it removes Alliance from it so maybe it's a turn in at Dalaran.

*shrug* It's not supposed to be the next content update where you can get in there though, at least not from what I have heard.
