I had a strange dream that he lost by one vote - the one he wasn't allowed to make for himself because he was a felon.

Either way it's close enough there's going to be a recount and expect some election shenanigans as this is Alaska.

Well, here's the thing. It's a close count, but not close enough where Alaska has to pay for it. If it's within 0.5%, then Alaska would... but it's just over 1%... so if Stevens wants a recount, his campaign has to pay for it.
