I swear, every so often... not every day, usually not more then once a day, I hear what sounds like an ice cream truck going by (you know, the music). And then, seconds later, a loud rooster crowing noise.

It's got to be something for USC (their mascot is a Gamecock, aka a fighting chicken), but what?
