A little from Column A and a little from Column B.
Part of it is that while I understand that I have the most flexible availability at the store for non-management, as I'm not a student and I don't hold a second job, I'd really like to not have my schedule change for a third (or is it fourth?) time this year.
And it may change yet again in the months ahead. No idea yet.
On the other hand, yes, I now have my weekends free. This is nice. It may mean I can finally do Saturday night raids in WoW. (Although as I'm in the WotLK beta, I'll actually be focusing on the beta more then anything else...) It gives me more options for things to do, such as occasionally get a Friday off for a long weekend.
It does suck to have to keep chopping and changing your days off-especially when you get into the rythym of a certain timetable...
I'm kind of the same-in the end it doesn't matter which days I have off as long as there is some sort of stability and consistency. But I would kill to have saturdays and sundays off now!
