to think that because you did $300 worth of business with us, six months ago, that some printing you wanted done last night should be free.

Sorry, dear clueless customer, that's not the way it works, especially when you lie to us.

Not only is the customer not always right, occassionally he is a lying, cheap-ass sack of shit as well.
