Been a bit...
Haven't posted in a while because work has been kicking my ass all over the place. On top of the workload, we just installed a new payment system, which hardly anyone is fully trained on, and got rid of one of our most useful copiers for a 5-year old piece of shit.
I really need to come up with some "hard and fast" rules for customers when they walk into the store... like "Don't yell for me to help you from across the store." or "Don't walk away from me while trying to explain the problem you're having with one of the machines." Hell, I'd really appreciate "Put down the goddamned cell phone when you want to talk to me." If they're that goddamned interested in talking with someone else, I can be doing something else....
bleh.....
On the plus side, I get a free dinner at a Japanese steakhouse on Monday night. (Alas, they have no sushi bar...)
