"Poor sleep or lack of sleep is one of the leading causes of fatigue."

NO SHIT?! Not getting sleep makes you tired? WHO KNEW?!

You'd think they'd vet these commercials before putting them on the air.

*shrug* I remember thinking "Call Scientific American! These guys have figured out what causes fatigue!" so I was so busy screaming at the radio that I missed what the rest of the commercial was.

And of course, I hear this commercial on the night I don't get any sleep.
