I think he's pretty much fucked as it stands without calling mental competency into it. Some of the people who went there with him are now testifying against him, so it's going to once again come down to "Believe O.J. Or Not".
Honestly, though, even odds he walks away from this one too. All it takes is one juror to gut it out for a hung jury. (Which, thankfully, when I had jury duty a few years back, we did not have.)
