Well, Booker T was one of the wrestlers suspended for either failing a drug test or ordering drugs online (apparently in this case, it was the latter). Booker T has been insistent that he actually didn't do anything, though, and didn't deserve to be suspended for 60 days.
This was just the latest thing that he really didn't like, though. Apparently, he wasn't fond of being moved to RAW, because he knew he would be playing second fiddle (at best) to HHH, and he wasn't being regarded with the same consideration as HHH. Not surprising, as Booker T wasn't married to the boss' daughter.
