Why do I see this being the next Bush veto?

Okay, so in the wake of some of the Blackwater mercenaries employees going bugfuck into a crowd of Iraqis, killing 11 (wait, whoops, now it's 13 according to the Iraqis) civilians, the Iraqi panel in charge of the investigation has recommended that the 'security guards' involved face trial in Iraq and that Blackwater compensate the victims' families.

Also, the House has passed a bill that would make all private contractors in Iraq and other combat zones subject to criminal prosecution in U.S. courts for any crimes they commit. Senate Democrats are planning on introducing a similar piece of legislation.

And I see the Commander-guy vetoing it.

I think I may hate you, but you're added anyway.

Oh, and Blackwater tried to recruit me after I got out of the Army. Twice.

Twice? What was your MOS?

11B. I was part of the 82nd's LRRP project. Apparently, Blackwater has a hard-on for guys trained in low-crawls and single shots.
