Just had a customer walk out without paying for the faxes she sent. She'd only been using the fax machine for about an hour, so there's no telling how many faxes she sent. Of course, she's stupid enough to think she can get away with this but then leaves the transmission report with her name, phone number, etc. on it.

No, but I did stash a copy of the info, and I think I've seen her in the store before, pulling the same stunt. She only seems to come in Saturday nights, and so hopefully, next time, I'll be ready.

sheesh, people think that just because they aren't taking something physical with them, its not stealing!

Or maybe she considers it to be the same as downloading MP3s?

ehhh... I look at it this way. I have her name and address. I know what she looks like. She only appears to do this on Saturdays, so this upcoming Saturday, if I see her in the store, I'll be sure to make sure the fax machine in Express is not running (hrm... I might just unplug it...), thereby forcing her to go through me for all her faxing and make sure we get paid for it...
