Well, see, that's the thing. I give most bands a song or two as a mulligan. It's one of those "Yeah, okay, this song is pop crap that should be removed from their playlist (and/or forebrain) with red-hot pokers", but maybe the next song won't be so crappy.
What it came down to was the other night the music station I was listening to at work played three crap songs in a row (not all by Fall Out Boy... I think was was by Gwen Stefani and the other... eh, who knows), and it was the third, and I realized... They blow. They had their chance, they blew it.
