My window mounted AC unit has crapped out. No more AC for me. Could have been worse, this could have happened back in June or July. Got a fan going right now so I have some airflow, but it's not the same. But hey, at least it's getting cooler. I should be fine until next May, at which point, I probably will spring for the apartment building to install a new one. (You see, since I own this AC unit, I can't get them to repair it. They don't have an obligation to do so. They will replace it, but that's another $15 a month, and I just can't see the justification for it as we head into Fall.)
