I ordered some stuff from Studio Foglio recently (Girl Genius back-issues), and opposed to the dry, boring "We're sending your stuff ASAP" response, I got this:

Your order has been received!

It is with Great Joy that we received your Studio Foglio order. We know that you can purchase silly comics and fine artwork at any number of places, and thus we appreciate the chance to fill your order and take your money. Your order will be fulfilled ostensibly within two weeks by our happy staff of tireless packing elves, who exist solely for this purpose, and fill the warrens of our warehouse with their simple songs of praise for you, our customers, who ensure them a continuing supply of elf chow.
