Not the brightest of moves
Jun. 15th, 2012 10:01 amConsidering that the prosecution's witnesses have basically crushed him thus far, it's not like he has a whole lot to lose at this point, but it's generally not a good idea for the "52 counts of sexual abuse" defendant to take the stand in his own defense.
See, you can't be compelled to incriminate yourself. That's the whole "pleading the Fifth" thing. But anything you say can be used against you. And let's face it... if the prosecution has any brains whatsoever, they're going to let Sandusky hang himself with his own testimony.

Good news everyone!

I'm a bit skeptical... and not just of the science behind it, but the cost of travel as well. A penny a mile, my ass. Any corporation that funds this will want to make their money back as quickly as possible, and given that the slowed down version has an estimated cost of $2 million per mile, no one's going to fund that any time soon, much less the 4000 mph version.
