I may not have posted a lot of political stories lately, what with Romney now running mostly unchallenged... (Ron Paul is still in the race, and actually got the majority of delegates in Maine), but by no means is the political landscape uninteresting.
For example... Dick Lugar is having to deal with a Tea Party opponent in the Indiana Republican primary today AND North Carolina is voting on a marriage amendment. Of course, given that it's a Republican-sponsored measure, it defines marriage as 'one man and one woman', banning even same-sex civil unions and domestic partnerships.
And back in Indiana, it's looking fairly likely that Dick Lugar might get his 36 years of service tossed out on his ass.
And over in Wisconsin, the voters there are choosing who the candidates will be in the June 5th recall election for Governor.
So yeah... still some interesting things going on politically.
